Raspberry & Apple Wine, Mulled Cider, Butterscotch Cream Liqueur and Vintage Marmalade also won One-Star Awards.

Our Scrumpy Cider has just been chosen as one of the 'top ten best ciders' in the UK in The Independent's April food & drink feature! The feedback comment for our best-selling product was 'strong & rich with a satisfying bitter edge. Last year's Great Taste Awards judges marked Jack Ratt 'faultless' and awarded the Lyme Bay effort three gold stars.

A Very Special Gooseberry Sparkling Wine
We have been preparing this Gooseberry Sparkling Wine for 3 years using fresh gooseberry juice & chardonnay and are very happy with the resulting wine. It is complex & balanced with notes of toast & subtle oak and would be perfect for any special occasion.
Our new fruit wine is finally in bottle!
We have developed a new Quince wine which has replaced our Parsnip wine. Quince is a delicate 12.5% golden wine which holds a complex aroma of pears, lemon & honey. This is a delicious addition to our range and we hope you like it!

We have a new delicious 17% Strawberry Liqueur now available! A refreshingly light Summer tipple which can be served straight up, over crushed ice or as an addition to a variety of cocktails. We are also just a few weeks from unveiling our new fruit wine, plus an exciting new 11% Gooseberry Sparkling Wine which has been in the making for nearly three years.
