The pure, pressed apple juice used to make our cider vinegar is allowed to naturally acetify creating a full-flavoured vinegar with a beautiful amber colour. Great for salad dressings.

Dorset Ginger cordial made by the Dorset Ginger Company, can be enjoyed on its own or as a mixer with whisky, brandy or soft drinks.
