Welcome to Lyme Bay Winery's secure on-line shop where you can buy traditional ciders, country wines, sparkling wines, liqueurs, cider brandy, preserves, chutneys, soft drinks, vinegar and delightful gift boxes.
This year we have two new exciting product ranges to introduce to you. Firstly four new Reserve Liqueurs. These have been made without compromise and are packed with fresh fruit, truly beautiful liqueurs. Secondly, after two years in the making our Sparkling Wines are ready for drinking. We are so pleased with how they have turned out and believe they set new standards in the fruit wine world.
The Winery working year is hard work but interesting; punctuated by the seasonal availablity of the fruit and flowers and the temperamental nature of the weather (and equipment!). We all go Elderflower picking in May, cidermaking begins in the autumn and in between we have some lovely projects; like making a special order of Rose Petal Wine from rose petals handpicked by the gardeners at the RHS Gardens at Rosemoor.
We use the highest quality fruit and fruit juice available, sourced locally if possible. Our drinks are hand made, blended, (and tasted!) by a small team of individuals, who utilise both traditional and modern production techniques to create the best quality tipples we can.
