    At the Lyme Bay Winery we are passionate about keeping the craft of West Country cider-making alive. For nearly twenty years we have used the freshly pressed juice of locally grown, traditional cider apple varieties such as Dabinett, Kingston Black and Yarlington Mill, to produce a quality range of real, full flavoured ciders.

    Our Country Wines are inspired by the wines traditionally made from hedgerow fruits and flowers. The range includes both lighter, drier wines and more intense, old-fashioned berry-rich varieties plus the festive favourites Mulled wine and Christmas Mead.

    An exciting range of delicious, luxury Cream Liqueurs all lovingly blended in small batches using fresh cream, brandy and natural flavours. Splash over ice at the end of a hard day. Smooth, mellow and deliciously irresistible! Butterscotch, Double Chocolate, Chocolate Orange and Ginger.

    Our delicious Fruit Liqueurs are blended to 17% Alc. The range includes both light fruity aperitifs and full bodied tipples. Serve straight up, over ice, mix in spritzers and cocktails, or splash over fruit and ice cream. Available in tall elegant 350ml bottles and 100ml decanters.

    With lots of blending and tasting we have produced a range of preserves and chutneys to complement our wines, ciders and liqueurs. Made especially for us by another West Country producer, using some of our most popular drinks and simply the best ingredients.

Welcome to The Lyme Bay Winery. We are passionate about producing delicious wines, liqueurs and ciders that are inspired by traditional recipes but using the most up to date production techniques.

To enable you to try our wide range of products they are all available individually and in mixed cases so you can put together a selection of your choice.

The Winery’s suggestions for January and February
